Very efficient. No hidden fees. The tech was very accommodating and let me know exactly what he was doing. Anytime there was an added service fee (radar to find where are opening was) he made sure we knew about the fee. He worked diligently and was very attentive to our problems and needs plus concerns. All seepage that is removed with one of our vacuum trucks is ONLY disposed of at a licensed waste water treatment facility.
